Charles F Jones & Son LLP are delighted to announce the sale of two prestigious holiday parks in the major tourist resort of Towyn and Kimnel Bay in North Wales.
Golden Sands comprises a well established static holiday caravan park with planning permission for 425 static caravans together with an extensive range of amenities in approximately 21.61 acres [8.75 ha] fronting the coastline with direct access to the sandy beaches. The Park has been within the family ownership since 1933 a period of 75 years and the sale came about for retirement reasons.

Winkups Caravan Park (including Primrose Caravan Park) comprises a well established holiday park and is currently developed to accommodate 427 static holiday caravan pitches together with an extensive range of amenities in approximately 18 acres [7.28 ha] with direct road frontage to the main A548 Coast Road. The sale came about for retirement reasons.
