Valuation Office Agency Publish 2010
19th June 2008
The Valuation Office Agency have now published the new "Request For Information" Forms for the 2010 Rating Revaluation for all holiday parks across the country and will be issuing them to all parks between the 1st March and the 30th April.
In addition, they are now requiring a split between single and twin unit caravans with a note of the chalets and lodges. This is with the intention of clarifying the exact position on each park.
This therefore means any information released on the Form could have an effect on your overall Rateable Value.
Please call us for any help you require and we will fill the Form in for you FREE OF CHARGE.
