CHARLES F JONES & SON WIN APPEAL CONTRARY TO LOCAL PLAN POLICY
23rd September 2008
Teesdale District Council enforce a Policy that states that a caravan can only be occupied by one person or groups of persons for no more that 6 weeks in any one calendar year.
Benefitting from specialist knowledge of the leisure industry and years of experience Charles F Jones & Son proceeded to win an appeal to have such a restriction removed for a static holiday caravan park in Ramshaw.
The success of this appeal can now lead the way for many more caravan parks within the area to remove such an onerous condition.
