ANOTHER APPROVAL TO UPGRADE A TOURING CARAVAN PARK
4th December 2008
We have recently achieved another successful planning permission to allow for the relocation of touring pitches onto adjoining land together with the provision for children’s play area & equipment, open recreation space and additional screen planting.
On this occasion the client did not have the room available to site his permitted numbers therefore this planning permission increased the boundaries of the park by approximately 40% to allow space for additional touring pitches and recreation area.
Caravan Parks across the UK are losing numbers because of the increased size of touring caravans. Charles F Jones & Son LLP have been involved in many planning applications to rectify this problem by relocating pitches to adjoining land. This allows the quality of a touring caravan park to be maintained without losing out on the numbers that have been previously permitted.
