NFOPP, the umbrella body for five of the leading professional bodies representing those who work in the property sector, launched the DipCPA last year as part of its drive to raise standards and recognise excellence.

Ruth Lilley, head of membership and professional development at NFOPP, said “I heartily congratulate Richard on his achievement. The Diploma is our highest level of qualification, and on that carries real weight”.

“The award is tangible evidence of a commitment to best practice and the highest standards of professionalism and I am delighted to say that we are now seeing a growing surge of interest from agents in other parts of the country keen to follow his example.”

NFOPP was created with the merger of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA), the Institute of Commercial Business Agents (ICBA) and the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP).

The organisation is recognised by Ofqual, the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator, as an independent awarding body, and all its qualifications are Ofqual accredited.
