Market Update November 2009
16th November 2009
Charles F Jones & Son LLP have witnessed an increase in holiday caravan parks coming to the market place with the number of serious purchasers also slowly rising.
The main areas of interest for serious applicants are touring/camping parks and holiday static parks, which by coincidence are also proving to be the most reselient to the effects of the economic downturn. In many cases these type of parks have become more successful in terms of profits received over the 2009 holiday season. This is a trend that looks set to continue as holiday makers are choosing domestic destinations over other European alternatives.
I would strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase a park that your details are registered with our sales team. If you have already registered your contact details, are they up to date?
E-mails are an important communication tool for CFJ and those applicants with email addresses will often receive properties a matter of weeks before applicants who only have a postal address registered with us.
So don't miss out! Contact us today and we will make sure you are receiving properties that are suitable to your requirements.
