Despite an uncertainty in the market place Charles F Jones & Son LLP have witnessed a sharp rise in the amount of parks sold in the UK since Easter 2010.
Summer is typically a very quiet time for park sales however, 2010 has been an unusual year as Charles F Jones has seen the volume of park sales rise to a level comparable to the peak of the market back in 2006 / 2007.
One of Charles F Jones' most recent achievements was the sale of Lido Beach Holiday Park. Lido Beach is one of the largest static holiday parks in North Wales with approximately 750 pitches accommodated on over 40 acres of beach side parkland.
The ex-Bourne Leisure park was purchased by a well known local operator who's previous track record in park development will prove to be invaluable to the future success of the Park.
