Description
The property extends to approximately 6.75 acres [2.73 ha] and has been developed to a good standard as a holiday park. Being set on a headland, the ground is gently sloping seawards thus enabling most of the caravans to enjoy the panoramic coastal views. A coastal path runs through the park whereby a beach can be reached approximately 1 ½ miles along the path.
A tarmacadum roadway leads into the park off the adopted approach road and this leads down to the main reception, shop and owners house beyond.
To the left of the main drive there are three fields, the first being developed with static caravans and the lower two being used for tents. To the right is an open area with static caravans and areas for touring caravans. Electric hook-up points are provided.
At the time of our inspection there were some 50 caravans sited of which 44 were privately owned. 6 were fleet owned 5 of which were available for letting purposes. All pitches are fully serviced and most have cleared hard-core bases with paved surroundings. Some also have patios and ornate fencing where allowed. Of the static caravans sited, the ones closest to the perimeter are considered to be prime positions and this is normally reflected when either selling or letting them.
