Location
The property is situated midway between Mansfield and Newark and enjoys an elevated position off the A614 and A617 intersection. The A617 is noted as the major link from the A1 to the M1 and as such the property benefits from good communications with the surrounding towns of Newark (10 miles), Mansfield (10 miles), the city of Nottingham (17miles) and Doncaster (35 miles).
